Three suite floorplans are available with similar layouts and minimal differences in square footage. Suites are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and heat lamps. A kitchenette features a sink and cupboards, complete with a provided microwave and mini fridge. The kitchenette is a convenience feature as all meals are served in the communal dining room.

There is plenty of room for a double bed, end tables, occasional chairs, small wall unit, TV console and more, allowing treasured home items to be moved in for display or comfort.

Your suite will be ready for you on move-in day freshly painted and cleaned. Personal items such as pictures, art and television may be hung on the walls with our assistance. We encourage you to customize this space to make it your own.

Cable television is available through our provider and the monthly charges are added to your rental invoice. A landline is required for telephone service as this is necessary to access the secure front entrance. There are no other charges for utilities.
